Functional analysis and of the grouper ( Epinephelus coioides ) SPARC in vitro and in vivo / 石斑魚活體內外之SPARC蛋白功能分析

碩士 / 國立成功大學 / 生物科技研究所碩博士班 / 98 / SPARC (secreted protein acidic and rich in cystein /osteonectin) protein is a matricelluar protein which is mostly expressed in bone and ECM, could modulate the interaction between cells and extracellular matrix and regulate signal transduction. The function of SPARC protein is involved in the development of ossified and mineralized tissues, tissue morphogenesis and cellular differentiation. Besides, SPARC protein may also regulate fat production. Here, we will study the functions of SPARC protein in vitro and in vivo. First, in vitro, we prove SPARC protein of grouper has the Biological function same as other species and we established a system to easy observation of morphological change. Second, in vivo, we prove SPARC protein can inhibit adipogenesis and it is associated with myostatin. On the other hand, we discussed the physiological important by observing the expression level during embryo development, the fish of healthy and infected NNV, and different tissues.
