碩士 / 國立成功大學 / 交通管理學系碩博士班 / 98 / The objective of this study is to examine the relationship between safety knowledge management and safety performance in container terminal operators. Four safety knowledge management and one safety performance dimensions are identified based on factor analysis. These four safety knowledge management dimensions are safety knowledge acquisition, safety knowledge storage, safety knowledge diffusion and safety knowledge application, whereas one safety performance dimension is identified as safety performance. The finding of this study is safety knowledge acquisition, safety knowledge diffusion and safety knowledge application have significant positive influence on safety performance.
