INTERPERSONAL EXPECTATION IN CREW RESOURCE MANAGEMENT / 座艙組員資源管?之人際期待

碩士 / 國立成功大學 / 民航研究所 / 98 / Human factors are the main cause of fatal accident in flight safety. Our laboratory keeps working on culture these years. Among them, the interpersonal relationships are evaluated as the most effective variables by the statistics in implement of CRM. The CRM questionnaire in 2005, interviews pilots from different countries around the world, show that the national and foreign pilots, showing somehow different tendency in the treatment of human relations. It approves that the Chinese society influence by Confucius thousands of years, even in 21 century, the Confucian ideas still shows different degree of influence at each Chinese character. This study use scientific tools to research people expectation. For system improvement and implement of complement the cockpit crew resource management reference. This study interviewed experts to find out the six interpersonal expectations were security, affection, belonging, return, worth and altruism. based on these interpersonal expectations to interview pilots, then transform to data, conduct neural network, the sensitivity analysis of interpersonal expectations found cabin crew take Belongingness, wroth, altruism, safety, return, and Affection in sequence.
