碩士 / 國立成功大學 / 製造工程研究所碩博士班 / 98 / Alzheimer’s disease (AD) is the most common cause of dementia in the elderly, and now there are many examinations in the diagnostic work-up, such as Mini-Mental Status Examination, biomarker measurements and
neuroimaging etc. However, sometimes clinicians should face the situation that not all the examination results are consistent. Now it is always based on the clinicians’ past experience and judgment in clinical, but it’s limited and subjective. Therefore the thesis utilizes the principle of a combination of a set of forecasts for decision-making purposes to improve the misdiagnosis
assessment rate of AD. By adjusting the parameters of the combination of forecasts, the more convinced assessment could be gained.
