The development of multi-plant production, storage and transportation logistics planning method / 多廠區生產與儲運運籌計劃方法之發展

碩士 / 國立中央大學 / 企業管理研究所 / 98 / As the impact of globalization, the environment changes more rapidly, the traditional single enterprise or a single country-based supply chain management and logistics management approach are no longer applicable. Many studies have begun to focus on global supply chain management and global logistics management. In this issue, the production, storage and transportation plan in the entire logistics system is important topic. The key to make procurement, manufacturing, distribution, sales and other functions complement with each other to eliminate bottlenecks in the supply chain is whether there has a good production, storage and transportation logistics plan.

From the previous studies which investigate the relevant issues, more or less, there have something to improve. In this study, we use the rule-based planning to develop a production, storage and transportation logistics plan algorithm, to minimize the cost in the scenarios of multi-phase, multi-product, multi-plant, multi-distribution centers and a number of customers.

This study uses Visual C++ 2005 to write a program and test it by designing 11 cases in different scales of the problem. Then the results of 11 cases are compared with optimized-software to verify the benefit of quality and speed. In the future, we hope this program can be a quick and cost-benefit way to make production, storage and transportation logistics plan for the decision makers.
