Analysis Of Developing The Offshore Wind Power And The Renewable Energy Policy In Taiwan / 台灣發展離岸風力發電與再生能源相關政策分析

碩士 / 南華大學 / 環境管理研究所 / 98 / With the rise of environmental consciousness and energy shortages in recent years, countries are committed to finding a feasible alternative energy sources and increasing the proportion of renewable energy sources. The study selected the topic of renewable energy resources in offshore wind power and discuss if it is appropriate to Taiwan''s development renewable energy industry, and to explore the development potential of wind power in Taiwan. We tried to know the potential of wind power in Taiwan and realized the wind power has the capacity of 1,620 ~ 6,480 MW in the offshore areas of Taiwan and 400 wind turbines can be set. There are 1,200 MW capacity of offshore wind power. By 2020, the installed capacity is expected to reach 1,200 MW and can bring business opportunities to about 1,200 billion NT dollars. In this study, we take Europe for instant; each wind turbine can provide at least three jobs. To develop the offshore wind power in Taiwan will bring business opportunities in related industries, there are more than 1,200 billion NT dollars business opportunities, also bring in the job market at least 1,200 new wind energy jobs. However, European countries such as Germany, Britain, Denmark, through their renewable energy-related policy analysis, we can see the Government''s policy play a significant role if the country wants to develop wind power. In the future, the government should carefully evaluate and set the feeding price of renewable energy.
