碩士 / 國立高雄海洋科技大學 / 海洋環境工程研究所 / 98 / Estrogen-like and so on chemicals are the most being discussed kinds in the exogenous endocrine disrupter chemicals. These chemicals once enter water, which will easily cause biological illness to the creatures in the water, and what’s more, they may even cause decrease in the biological population so as to break the whole ecological balance. The research takes Macrobrachium nipponense that are the most in quantity and the most widespread in Taiwan freshwaters areas for experiment. We expose male, female shrimps to 17β-estradiol (1、10、100、1,000、10,000 ng/L), bisphenol A and nonylphenol (1、10、100、1,000 ng/L) for respectively 1 day, 3 days, 7 days. We use method of alkali-labile phosphate to test shrimps’ internal vitellogenin concentration changes after limitative exposure and to inspect the reason for their toxicity effects. The result shows that whether they are male or female shrimps, there is an obvious induced situation in their internal vitellogenin when they are exposed to above mentioned pharmacy. Their induced volume mainly focuses on the first three days, and then vitellogenin induced volume in their body will reduce gradually and their monooxygenase and glutathion S-transferas activation show no evident toxic effects. Besides, we learn from the method of alkali-labile phosphate that there is some relevance between vitellogenin result and automated electrophoresis analysis test result. The research indicates that Macrobrachium nipponense can act as indicator organism to monitor estrogen-like in the water.
