碩士 / 高雄師範大學 / 成人教育研究所 / 98 / The objective of this study is to explore correlations between job properties, job values and organization commitment of the reconnaissance personnel with the coast guard organ. First of all, former documents related to the subject were broadly collected and profoundly explored and analyzed so as to establish a theoretical foundation. Furthermore, the research framework, questionnaire design and pretest implementation were presented to serve as the basis for research tools, and the “Investigative Questionnaire for the Study of Correlations between Job Properties, Job Values and Organization Commitment of the Reconnaissance Personnel with the Coast Guard Organ” was devised. This study targets the entire personnel of the Reconnaissance Brigade of the Coast Guard Administration under the Executive Yuan, and a two-phase (pretest and formal) questionnaire survey was carried out. 334 formal copies of the questionnaire were sent out and 317 were returned, among which 306 valid, with a return rate of 91.61%. Afterwards, several statistic techniques, including descriptive statistics, independent samples T test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation and stepwise multiple regression analysis, were used to analyze the data.
The findings of this study are as follows:
1.The reconnaissance personnel’s perception of job properties is at the upper-intermediate level, with a deeper feeling for「Job Integrity」.
