Exploring Green Competence Characteristics of Transport Logistics Industry using AHP Approach / 以AHP法探討物流運輸業綠色競爭力特質

碩士 / 國立屏東科技大學 / 企業管理系所 / 98 / The transport logistics industry occupies the important links of the contemporary goods transportation, if proprietor can implement green characteristics, it can improve green competitiveness. This research take transport logistics industry as target, adopt Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method for structure, and then according to the relevant literature of green logistics and reverse logistics, obtain four criteria and sixteen characteristics that can be used in the industry, and get relative weight value and consistency value through ten expert’s questionnaire answer with AHP operation. Finally, according to every characteristic needs cost level by experts’ assessment to built strategic matrix.

The result of study reveals, the experts attend on green transport best, after is green package、reverse logistics and green storage in this industry. This study shows, the experts make greater weight of green transport criterion; perhaps they had having experiences of gas pollution to environment in this industry, besides many issue fields are focus on eco-awareness recently. Therefore, there are attending on source of this pollution that is contaminated air from transportation. Finally, this study based on green characteristics’ weight and cost of each characteristic to construct four quadrant of deployment matrix with green characteristic. Respective quadrants are complete implement proposing area、environmental protection concern priority area, cost concern priority area and incremental implement area which can provide strategic proposing and tactics operation on the practice for reference when proprietor lead in.
