In response to the Government's "Challenge 2008: National Development Plan" tourist program, Tainan City Government ordered to the many urban areas of cultural tourism resources planning in accordance with its historical
background into eight cultural park.
Many of the eight famous cultural park in the park, such as Tainan City,Confucius Temple Cultural Park, are always attracted numerous visitors. But one of Five-Harbor District and Taijiang Ecological and Cultural Zone is not known if the nearby park, the researchers want to explore why these two cultural park to attract more tourists, and through the literature, field research, interviews , and the SWOT analysis, an attempt to understand the two cultures can enhance the park's tourism appeal approach.
Finally, in order to SWOT analysis and internal strengths and weaknesses of its strengths and weaknesses and external
environmental opportunities and threats, development of appropriate tourism development strategy or plan of the proposed framework. Hope that the results can plan for the region and the future direction of development can be helpful.
