And then many domestic yachts likes anchors the fishing port which close to metropolis , But fishing ports actually lacks the good yacht servicing facilities. It is necessary to provide the high quality servicing facility in view of the yacht for promoting the domestic yacht popularization . The fishing boat and the yacht need the service level to be different, how to choose the suitable position establishment yacht wharf in the fishing port, and gives dual attention to both the demand not to live the conflict, but can develop mutually, It’s urgent need for further study.
This research uses Analytic Hierarchy Process to establish the fishing port establishment yacht wharf position decision-making assessment pattern, because of the reference related literature and by the expert questionnaire way in view of the scholar, the project expert , fishermen's Association officials and so on to represent measuring the group, applies in the AHP method analysis construction a various criteria weight. Finally in the Wu Shi fishing port establishment yacht wharf example application, combine the TOPSIS method to carry on sorting in view of three plans, extracts in the Wu Shi fishing port to establish the yacht wharf in the most suitable position. This findings should be possible reference for government departments to choose the best position of yacht wharf in the fishing port.
