The research of how environmental attitudes influence the support rate of green transport strategies / 環境態度影響綠色運輸策略支持度之研究

碩士 / 國立臺灣海洋大學 / 河海工程學系 / 98 / Industrial evolution made social economic activities start to increase frequently which causes the climate to change rapidly and has become even more dramatically in recent year. The global warming effect raises the sea level every year and breaks the balance of nature and ultimately causes many dreadful nature disasters. Nations around the world all seek into the problem and try to come up with solution. However, the outcome is very limited.
Through 4 different green transport methods, this research developed a set of questionnaire contains 24 questions about environmental attitude to understand general public's happiness towards the decision together with the 6 key basic information and used statistical analysis to analyze how the public acceptance towards the decision effects under different environmental circumstance. It also cross analyzed the cluster analysis result to get a better understanding on public’s acceptance with different nation and cultural background. Further more, it conducted analysis on all different green transport methods to see the relation between level of acceptance and public's background. The result of this research will benefit the government on making right adjustment on the project and help the project to achieve its maximum effect
The questionnaire uses rough set theory as backbone to construct an intellectual decision making system that uses “IF....Then...” method which is used to estimate the level of project's acceptance by public through different environmental attitude and aspect and helps the government department on implementing green transport project.
