Taxonomic and Biogeographic Studies on the Lobsters (Crustacea: Decapoda: Macrura Reptantia) of the Philippines 「PANGLAO 2004-2005」 and 「AURORA 2007」 Expeditions. / 菲律賓調查航次「PANGLAO 2004-2005」和「AURORA 2007」之龍蝦類分類及地理分佈研究

碩士 / 國立臺灣海洋大學 / 海洋生物研究所 / 98 / Three Philippines marine biodiversity expeditions 「PANGLAO 2004-2005」 and 「AURORA 2007」 collected 5 families, 19 genera and 47 species of lobsters. Three new species, namely Enoplometopus macrodontus Chan & Ng, 2008, Petrarctus holthuisi Yang, Chen & Chan, 2008, Stereomastis panglao Ahyong & Chan, 2008, and 2 new Philippines records have been reported from the material of three expeditions. This study reports 5 more Philippines new records of the genera Nephropsis, Polycheles and Stereomastis. Biogeographic analyze showed that the lobsters fauna in the Indo-West Pacific are mainly different in deep-sea species. The lobsters fauna of the Philippines is most similar to that of Indonesia, while that of Taiwan is closest to that of Japan.
