碩士 / 國立臺灣海洋大學 / 航運管理學系 / 98 / Shipping industry belongs to international enterprises and its scope of operational management which includes domestic and overseas marine transportation services. Because of many kinds of operational demands and rapidly development of Internet, shipping industry has begun to adopt electronic services (e-service) gradually as well to increase service quality. Therefore, discussing the website quality of e-services in Liners shipping is an important research issue.
Based on updated DeLone and McLean Information System Success model and e-services related literature, this study develops four evaluation dimensions of website quality, including system quality, information quality, service quality and vendor-specific quality, and finds out sixteen criteria of four dimensions of websites quality in liner shipping. By combining fuzzy theory and analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and extent analysis method, this study develops fuzzy evaluation model of websites quality of e-services in liner shipping, taking ocean freight forwarders as the example, comparing relative-weights by applying four evaluation dimensions and its criteria of fuzzy evaluation model.
By using the method of group evaluation, it shows that the most important dimension of website quality in liner shipping is system quality, the next are service quality, Information quality, and vendor-specific quality. The results prove the feasibility and practicality of the fuzzy evaluation procedure of website quality of e-service in liner shipping proposed by this study. The fuzzy evaluation model will help website managers of liner shipping to realize the level of website quality, and provide an important reference for improving e-service quality.
