The marine oil spill often caused the international pollution. Therefore, the prevention and cure of marine oil spill is the important issue in future, advances the environmental protection of Taiwan.
The role of the fisherman’s association became to more important after a serious of marine oil spill occurred. To compared the strategies of marine oil spill in Japan and English. The follow-up procedure of marine oil spill in Taiwan still has some faults. According to Taiwan’s laws including the marine environmental pollution. The official units included the Coast Guard Administration, Environmental Protection Administration, Environmental Protection Bureau in each County, Ministry of Transportation and Communications, Ministry of National Defense and Fisheries Agency. There are specified affairs and professional division of labors during the marine oil spill occurred, but not including the fisherman’s association. This study would build up the ordinarily collect the data of the fisheries resources, ecological resources and recreational fishery on exclusive fishing zone in fisherman’s association. And also build up the emergency operation procedure in fisherman’s association after oil spill accident occurred. The fisherman’s association follow this emergency operation procedure of marine oil spill will institutionalize the compensation system in future.
