碩士 / 國立臺灣海洋大學 / 機械與機電工程學系 / 98 / For the past decays, the automatic industrials in Taiwan had the transition from lower cost manufactory to higher-accuracy precise machinery. The needs and the requirements for both accurate qualities and mass quantities were promoted. Thus, the education in university needs to train up this kind of people, in which they have extensive knowledge (including academic courses and applications) to provide the competitive ability for Taiwan.
To match up this ideal to the class subjects, this thesis provides a realized system to substitute for the simulation, photographers and flowcharts. This make students understand clearly and easily what is the goal and purpose of the course and what is automatic machines, circuit assembly, and different control modes.
In this thesis, microchip (89C51, 89S51), Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), and PC based controller were used as the control sources. Those devises had been used widely all over the world; one can see those devises all the times in industrials. But it is not familiar for most students in universities, by means of using this system could enhance the opportunities for students to use those devises and reach the goal of the courses.
This system is constructed through the processes of analysing, designing, manufacturing, electrical designing, assembling, controller programming. All the processes and details were introduced in this thesis.
