碩士 / 國立高雄大學 / 法律學系碩士班 / 98 / The carriage of passengers and some regulations in Taiwanes Maritime Code which are deemed the same base of goods in Maritime Code is not reasonable. Therefore, the review of carrier’s liability regulations in Taiwanes Maritime Code is very important.
The thesis seeks to examine the problems of the carriage of passengers and the luggages by sea in Taiwanes Maritime code from Athens Convention and the connected Law of other country. And then we can give the legislator some suggestions when the Maritime code are revised. And There is a tendency towards the protection on the rights of passengers in the future.
