Independent variables for the expatriate selection include the general and operational capacities. The dependent variables contains profit performance, Non-profit performance, Choosing the right expatriate managers for their multinational companies overseas Development to have a positive impact, how to establish standard for selection is important. In addition to faced a challenging environment, will also have impact of national culture. So in the face multiple challenges to how to maintain and improve organizational performance is important research topic.
In this study, enterprises in the china, and to different cultural management (U.S., Japan, and Taiwan) as a moderating variable. And Correlation analysis, regression analysis, reliability analysis, through the study found that U.S. companies in China in welfare system, bonus system to take second cultural management adverse impact on staff morale, while Japan usually take the first cultural management, and Taiwan is gradually learning the advanced countries of the development model. Proposed business ethics influence on business, give a path for future research.
