The related researches about job satisfaction,organizational commitment,and job performance of voluntary service officers and soldiers-A case study in marine corps / 志願役官兵工作滿足、組織承諾與工作績效相關性之研究-以海軍陸戰隊為例

碩士 / 國防大學政治作戰學院 / 政治研究所 / 98 / Marine Corps created "the hero in hero, the good guy in good guy" with lofty team's reputation renowned at home and abroad relying on the most solid fighting power and the highest quality team shouldering the important role of defending national security. In response to future defense organizational change and the evolution of the era, future war will rely on professional person; improve professional soldier ratio will be the winning key of future war. Of course, on the one hand in addition to the need to be able to recruit high-quality personnel, on the other hand, how to keep those volunteer service officers and professionals in camp to enhance job performance, effective responsibility for ensuring national security work is imperative.
This study is based on voluntary service officers and soldiers of Marine Corps to probe the relationship between work satisfaction, organizational commitment, and work performance. By adopting the basic data and questionnaire survey of Marine officers and soldiers, discussing the relevant factors affecting job performance of voluntary service officers and soldiers.
This study questionnaire issued a total of 312 questionnaires, reclaiming 300 valid samples.Through the use of descriptive statistics, variance analysis, exploratory, confirmatory factor analysis, and structural equation modeling statistical analysis methods. The results of the study are summarized as follow:
1. There is a significant correlation and impact to this study facet by different personal background variables.
2. There is a significant correlation and impact to work satisfaction and work performance.
3. There is a significant correlation and impact to work satisfaction and organizational commitment.
4. There is a significant correlation and impact to organizational commitment and work performance.

Finally, this study make recommendations based on empirical research findings as discretion of the reference for the armed forces policy unit and the subsequent researchers.
