碩士 / 國立臺北科技大學 / 自動化科技研究所 / 98 / Rowing Exercise Machines are popular fitness-training machine, which have advantages of promoting cardiopulmonary function, strengthening muscle, consuming calories, and warming up our bodies. This study aims at establishing a novel interactive Rowing Exercise Machine which utilizes angular sensors to obtain information from users, and uses embedded math formulas to analyze collected information and build movement models. Finally, Rowing Exercise machine can reach interactive results through automatically modifying the force of paddle with damping system and providing suitable loading for users.
