碩士 / 淡江大學 / 企業管理學系碩士在職專班 / 98 / "Mobile" and "speed" are the basic objectives of military victory in battle. Through the mobile deployment, rapid logistical supply in supporting the front-line operations in the right quantity, time, and place has become the key of victory or defeat of the war. Therefore, whether the military fuel logistics meet the needs of military force and how the military control the logistics to enhance the logistical supply efficiently have motivated this study.
This study used Kano’s two-dimensional quality model to explore the service quality of military fuel logistics. Firstly, we derived the corresponding relationship between the attributes and improvement of quality in Kano’s two-dimensional quality model then concluded the results and quality improvement model graph thru integrating the Kano model. Furthermore, through the index of quality satisfaction, we’ve found the elements in military logistics fuel library which can increase the satisfaction and reduce the dissatisfaction to provide military fuel library the directions to improve the logistical quality in the further.
