Decision Support for Global Logistics Positioning / 企業全球運籌佈局決策分析模型之研究

博士 / 雲林科技大學 / 管理研究所博士班 / 98 / According to the enterprise''s global operations, its global logistics system had to be cooperated. It is clear that the global logistics is more complicated than the local logistics. However, it lacks a generic structure for GL''s position to support its decision-making.
Therefore, this article proposed a Global Logistic Positioning Framework (GLP Framework) by means of literatures review and practice experience. And, constructed the variables in this framework to be a Decision Support System (DSS), which is useful for the GLP decision-making. This DSS can suggest the decision-maker to decide the positions of the operation headquarters, research and development bases, production bases, and distribution bases.
For efficiency, this article proposed a Five-Phase algorithm which integrates the Goal Programming, Analytic Hierarchy Process method, Euclidean Distance, Fitness concept, and Chain concept to execute the GLP computation.
Finally, in the practical case of F Company. This article applied the GLP Framework and Five Phases Algorithm to analyze F Company. The analytic results match with the F Company''s GLP present situation, and the whole agreement degree is as high as 94.49%, and it verifies the feasibility of this study.
