ABSTRACT
Our country since 2003 to promote free economic zone , there're five Free- trade
Zones(FTZ) where in four ocean ports and one air port have been set up one by one,
the operation has so far developed "international logistics and distribution",
"value-added and multi-country goods", "test maintenance services "and" outsourcing
process "and many other business model, planning to promote a future that is" FTZ
cargo into the storage tax relief "" FTZ as outside the customs territory of the SAR,
free flow of goods, exemption from inspection-free trial escort "," one-stop service
from the enterprises highly competent management. " and other incentives to
investment Brigade stationed in Canton. However, the measures in the integration of
customs services of FTZ outside the customs territory of character at the same time,
but with the FTZ enterprises in various cognitive customs give rise to enormous
differences. In purpose of this study, states to promote FTZ in R.O.C Customs
Department .The main function and important benefits, is to explore and come to the
perception where the items between customs official and enterprises. This article aims
to present that stationed in the FTZ business enterprise 113,and is currently
administered by the Customs FTZ business customs officers targeted 30 experts to
stage questionnaire survey method for the study. The importance of measures for
customs and its industry caused by the degree of distress and the use of "Importance
Performance Analysis", pointed out that since FTZ industry are that the number of
"Customs measures" would create the industry a high degree of troubled projects, but
also analysis enterprises and Customs Official for those items "Customs measures" if
the simplified or not implemented, then a negative or critical of government
perceptions on the security level a significant difference, The conclusions of this
study, Can be one of references for our authority to simplify the process of customs
and reach the aim to enhance the service efficiency.
