碩士 / 美和科技大學 / 經營管理研究所 / 99 / Owing to the importance of marine education, Taiwan government established National Museum of Marine Biology and Aquarium（NMMBA）in 1997, and it was successfully consigned to Sea View World Co. Ltd / Hi-Scene World Enterprise Co. Ltd in 2000. Both the government and the private company (BOT company) are dedicated to promoting Taiwanese marine education as well as for the purpose of entertainment.
At present, domestic studies related to the management of museum of marine biology and aquarium, show fewer intergrated views of experts, scholars, owners and visitors to evaluate literatures of whether museum successfully operates. Thus, this study attempts to compile from literature remarks evaluation criterion for NMMBA’s management via focused group discussion for the first questionaire, collect the views by Delphi Technique for the second and third quesionaire, and then set a three-level structure of the operation and management of the evaluation criterion.
Study results contain the first level: vision, emotion, function and finance; second level: color, form, scale, order, detail, information, listening, ideal, concern, consideration, people oriented, process oriented, plan, profit, totally 14 evaluation items; third level contains 139 items of the evaluation criterion, among which 106 items are the main ones. Hopefully, it can come up with future references for NMMBA and BOT companies.
