The Influence of Elementary School Teachers’ Working Stress and Satisfaction in Part-time Administrative Position on Their Teaching Performance: A Case Study of Elementary Schools in Miaoli Coastline Regions. / 國民小學兼任行政工作教師之工作壓力與工作滿意度對教學效能之影響研究-以苗栗縣海線地區為例

碩士 / 中華大學 / 企業管理學系碩士班 / 99 / This research aims to explore the diversity of elementary school teachers’working stress and satisfaction in part-time positions, and furthermore understands these factors that could influence their teaching performance.
This research carries out its survey by spreading questionnaires to the public elementary school teachers qualified in the position specified above in Chu-nan, Hou-long, Tung-shiau,Yuan-Li, four coastline towns in Miaoli county. Followed by this research method, this study concludes with the following results:
1. The teachers in part-time administrative positions that come from different gender, years of working experience, positions, and school scale have significant diversity in working stress.
2. The teachers in part-time administrative positions that come from different gender, years of working experience, positions, and school scale have significant diversity in their working satisfaction.
3. The working stress comes from part-time administrative positions has significant influence on teaching performance.
4. The degree of satisfaction in these teachers’ administrative positions has significant influence on teaching performance.
5. The working stress and satisfaction of these teachers are significantly related.

Base on the findings above, this research provides several suggestions for the related organizations, to increase satisfaction in their work and improve teaching performance hereafter.
