碩士 / 中華大學 / 運輸科技與物流管理學系碩士班 / 99 / The main purpose of this study is to find out the key satisfaction factor of car Satellite Navigation Systems. We surveyed 649 users. After analyzing the questionnaires, 555 users’ questionnaires are valid. The statistical result shows that the user’s gender, driving experience, and profession will affect the satisfaction of the satellite navigation systems. The DEMATEL (Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory) was used to identify the causalities of the satisfaction of both experienced drivers for their satellite navigation systems and satellite navigation systems’ manufacturers for their products. The key satisfaction factor of experienced drivers is brand image. However, the key satisfaction factor of manufacturers is system reliability. There is a key factor gap between experienced drivers and manufacturers. In order to satisfy the satellite navigation system users, manufacturers have to modify their manufacture and promotion policy.
