碩士 / 中華大學 / 營建管理學系碩士班 / 99 / The project management is one of fast development domains in management disciplines in recent years. In Taiwan, the researches regarded to implementing project management focus on discussing the possibility executed by the project management company rather than that executed by public entities. However, the project management body of knowledge for the government has been developed by the Project Management Institute for years. It is an interesting topic to study the possibility of implementing project management knowledge to construction project management activities by the government in Taiwan. This study tries to test the feasibility of implementing international project management knowledge to the procedures of inspection management for sewage sewer projects by governmental staffs. Based on the analytical results of allocating project management knowledge to detailed inspection management activities, this study concludes that it is possible to implement project management knowledge to inspection management by governmental staffs for sewage sewer projects in Taiwan.
