碩士 / 正修科技大學 / 機電工程研究所 / 99 / In marketed Twin-Beaeing Type Fishing Reel,there are three applications of fishing, ship fishes, jettison fishes and hangs puts fishes. After using, twin-bearing type fishing reel which is hard to clean always break down because of the erosion of sea. Users bother about long time of delivery and high cost when they need maintenance service. If the user is not easy to replace parts or maintenance on their own, due to complex institutional and parts they can’t easily assemble. Another, low commonality and users can’t transform a different gear ratio are also problems.
In this paper, I focus on designing and planning the existing twin-bearing type fishing reel through inconvenience and shared characteristics. First, to avoid patent infringement, use patent search and patent map to control technical direction. On the other hand, design new type of twin-bearing type fishing reel by modular concept to improve the weakness of the gear ratio change, lacking of cleaning and maintenance. In geometric modeling, the research proceeds component design by CAD/CAM system (CATIA) and by assembly analysis and interference checking to verify the correctness of the geometric designd. In order to verify the design results, I complete prototype products through rapid prototyping technology.
In application study, the potential of patent, building systematization and the process of computerized development can shorten product developing time and enhance competitiveness effectively.
