Development of the Fixed Point Water Control System for Fish Pond / 養殖池自動定點水質監控系統之研究

碩士 / 建國科技大學 / 自動化工程系暨機電光系統研究所 / 99 / As the sensory probe of the water quality detecting &; monitoring system of the traditional aquaculture pond has been immersed in the pond for such a long time, microorganisms will adhere to its sensing electrode very easily. For that, the test results and the life time of the sensory probe will be affected a lot consequently. This research tries to establish an aquaculture pond automated fixed point water quality detecting &; monitoring system along with the automatically cleaning for the sensory probe and remedial measures as well. The compulsory aeration mechanism is going to be gotten started once while the water quality of the amount of dissolved oxygen of aquaculture pond is insufficient. And the compulsory water change function is going to be carried out when the PH value is excessively low so as to serve the purpose of stabling the water quality of aquaculture pond.
The test results of the aquaculture pond automated fixed point water quality detecting &; monitoring system, which has been established by this research institute, shows that the compulsory aeration mechanism is going to be gotten started once while the water quality of the amount of dissolved oxygen of aquaculture pond is lower than pre-setting value 4 PPM after the bait has been thrown. And we also found out that the water quality of the amount of dissolved oxygen will be promoted to be in the margin for safety in 60 minutes. While the compulsory water change function is going to be gotten started when the PH value in the water is lower than pre-setting value 6.7 so as to maintain the PH value of the water quality of aquaculture pond and protect its water from being acidified continually. In addition, according to each kind of cultivated biology’s survival requirement, the starting time spot of the remedial measures can be pre-set also. Apparently, this system can be also applied practically for outdoor aquaculture ponds in the future so as to reach the goal of automated management of water quality eventually.
