It’s indispensable to having a exclusive dock to discharging the material. The material cost contains procurement cost and shipping cost, most of materials are detriment from oversea by bulk carrier.
Thus , Six Sigma（D-M-A-I-C）will be the main structure of this research, try to find out the key factor that affects the manufacturing process. Finally increase discharging efficiency.
