碩士 / 逢甲大學 / 工業工程與系統管理學研究所 / 99 / The grouper (fish) has high economic value in the worldwide aquaculture. Due to the liberalization of global economic, the aquaculture is in fierce competition, how to use the real-time information to reduce the inventory level and the inventory cost in living fish supply chain has become an important research area.
This research has three topics to study (1) Development RFID-based control model; (2) Constructing living fish supply chain model; (3) Design RFID-based supply chain best cost model. In this study RFID chip is worn on the grouper or injected a LF chip into the grouper body as an information track system and then information flow to be integrated through the upstream, midstream, and downstream in living fish supply chain. We also calculate the cost of living fish supply chain before and after implementation of RFID processing flow, and then discuss the improvement effectiveness. In this research also plan to compute the cost of living fish supply chain from multi-site supply chain and design the best stock model for the living fish supply chain to achieve the most economic profit on aquaculture and sale.
