Purpose of this study that the introduction of light rail transit system will face the outlying islands of related issues, and light rail transit system for the study of the characteristics of an appropriate standard, to provide decision-making. Department of the scope of this study is to introduce light rail transit system Penghu area, explore the system from scratch will face the laws and norms; that includes light rail transport system of organizing, building construction, management, operations and safety issues.
