碩士 / 逢甲大學 / 經營管理碩士在職專班 / 99 / Since 1990’s rapid development of electronic technology, a lot of excellent international Taiwanese high-tech talents gave up their jobs in the foreign country and returned to Taiwan to service. In order to attract international Taiwanese talents coming back to Taiwan, there must be some certain conditions or regulations, which are beneficial to those Taiwanese talents. At that time, Taiwan government intended to develop the technological industry; therefore, government allowed enterprises to resort a strategy-bonus allotment which led the staffs to work hard for companies and received the same bonus as their bosses’ for return. This policy was designed to lay a solid foundation of technological strength for the future of Taiwan and becoming a foreign praise of Taiwan’s economic miracle.
Twenty years later, in order to reach the same firm’s income standard as foreign countries, Taiwan government changes the corporate dividend allotment system and removes employees’ bonus. This policy reduces the proportion of stock dividends from the employees, which also causes the employee to consider if they are willing to stay in the technological industry. Furthermore, the world is facing the largest outbreak in the history by the global financial crisis. This financial crisis has led a significant influence for some high-quality companies. However, this phenomenon also impacts the company to adopt the ways of abolishing the welfare system or layoffs in order to survive. These cause the intense distrust of the phenomenon between employees and the company.

This study aims to explore the employee satisfaction after the financial Tsunami in 2009 by using AHP method. This study also adopts research literature, expert questionnaire, and hierarchical analysis to explore the employee satisfaction of enterprises for the future references of related departments and industrial policy makings.
