碩士 / 華梵大學 / 資訊管理學系碩士班 / 99 / Because of the development of time and technology in recent years, many human resource websites dedicated a great quantity of resources one after another to build up the career navigation assistant system. Hoped it could provide advises and improve the effect on learning and help the users with learning and matching. We took 104 human resource agency for example in this research. Hoped we could explore the critical elements which influenced the willing of using of the users. This was to increase the return on investment (ROI) of the system.
This research was taken the TAM as the basic research frame and it was brought up the main outer element---“career fit” on the concept of the TTF; the secondary element--- the factor of the “social norm” from the outer variables. And then, the nine hypothetic theses were given. This research was for the students above university and the members of society. And the users who used the human resource agency on the market would be surveyed. The users would be tested right before using the system. And then the users could found their own learning mode and learn by their mode. The formal test would be held in three months after the users used the system. The next step was analyzing the statistics of the questionnaire to explore the factors and the degree of the factors which influenced the willing of the users’ using.
The result of the research proved again that the TAM which offers the perceived ease of use and the perceived usefulness influenced the willing of the users indeed. This research brought up the social norm and the career fit could be the critical elements influencing the willing of users’ using. And the career fit had pretty huge influence on the willing of users’ using.
