碩士 / 玄奘大學 / 國際企業學系碩士班 / 99 / This research in view of present accepts escape foreign workers in Nantou Detention Center of Taiwan Immigration Agency. By questionnaire survey's way is the material investigation and collection tool. Discussion the caution of overseas adaptation whether causes the foreign workers escaped. This research total sends out 282 questionnaires and recycling the 221 effective samples. This research first extracts the correlation matrix table of the independent variable (overseas adaptation) and dependent variable (escape reason) by the Pearson correlation analysis. And confirmed whether there is relates significantly by Chi square test, determines various hypotheses whether to establish.
The result shows “overseas adaptation” and “escape reason” have not significantly relation of comes to Taiwan foreign workers. In the three constructs of “overseas adaptation”, “life adaptation” and “work adaptation” has significantly relation with “escape reason”. And “interaction adaptation” has not significantly relation with “escape reason”. Moreover, the “age”, “nationality” and “education level” of “elementary data” variables have the obvious influence to “escape reason” in comes to Taiwan Foreign workers.
