Analysis of Energy Saving and Carbon Reduction by the Mode Choice and Trip Assignment Combined Model / 動態複合運具運輸系統旅行成本因子影響節能減碳之敏感度分析

碩士 / 義守大學 / 土木與生態工程學系碩士班 / 99 / Serious global warming results in the emphasis of energy saving and carbon reduction. CO2, the main cause of the greenhouse effect is largely produced by the transportation vehicle. This causes our government to put great concern on how to decrease the volume of private motors and how to encourage the trip makers to use public transit. More efforts have been put into equipping the advanced public transportation systems.
Intelligent Transportation Systems(ITS) provide traveler real-time information which makes mode selection and path distribution a dynamic trend. In ITS, the development of advanced public transportation systems(APTS) enhances the trip servic. Attempting to attract private mode users has significant effect.
This research implement the Dynamic Multiple Mode Selection and Trip Assignment Model(DynaMMSTAM) which contains TAM-MAPTS, a dynamic trip assignment mode for public transit systems, and DynaTAIWAN, a dynamic trip assignment model for the road way systems to complete trip assignment for both public and private trips. The minimum path cost theory is applied to determine the mode selection. Oil price, parking fee, and bus fare are used to perform the sensibility analysis for energy saving and carbon reduction purpose.
A simulated Kaohsiung network is applied to see the interaction of energy saving and carbon reduction among multiple variables. Results show that the combination for different price regions for various variables create a much better effect. The price adjustment of a single variable may also obtain the goal, but it may not be social feasible. In conclusion, The strategy for energy saving and carbon reduction not only has to look into the price flexibility but also the feasibility.
