碩士 / 義守大學 / 土木與生態工程學系碩士班 / 99 / This study aimed to understand the different background variables of the rider on the bike path importance and satisfaction of the evaluation Whether different of service quality, and from the user point of view, to understand the quality of bike path services for the local lane of feeling, the result can improve the bike lane for road riding as a reference for the environment, and look forward to this to enhance their quality of service, riding the bike paths of the environment better.
In this study, the use of a questionnaire survey method, the selected line of Kaohsiung West side harbor line bike path to study sites, from June to November, 2010, between the activities in this riding the bike for the study group, using random sampling, conducted Surveying. Survey data were SPSS for Windows 12.0 version statistical software for the project analysis, factor analysis, descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, importance - performance analysis (IPA) to carry out such data processing.
The results showed that the different background variables of the rider for the bike path service quality Importance and satisfaction are significantly different, and in accordance with the rider on the bike path service quality evaluation, has been including air quality, lighting and other needs to improve the project.
