碩士 / 開南大學 / 物流與航運管理學系 / 99 / Taiwan known as the kingdom of the yacht’s manufacturing is famous for her yacht’s manufacturing in the world. Recently, the recreation for leisure is getting more popular in Taiwan. In addition, Taiwan has a good oceanic environment suitable for tourist business of recreation for leisure. Hence, the yacht became a facility of recreation for Taiwanese people. Nevertheless, there is not any law or regulation for governing the management and development of the yacht. The revision for Ship’s Law was promulgated on November 12, 2010. The most important part of revision for Ship’s Law is to put the Yacht Chapter in the Law. It is necessary to probe into the requirement which the Yacht circles are fully satisfied or not. First of all, this study proposes to inquire the real issues of the yacht for its activities and development. Furthermore, a deep interview is proceeded to find out the opinion on the revision of Yacht Chapter. It is expected that the conclusion and suggestion of this study may give the Government a reference for the future revision of Ship’s Law.
