Using the Theory of Planned Behavior to Investigate Passengers’ Attention on Cabin Safety Briefing / 以TPB計畫行為理論探討影響乘客注意客艙安全提示之因素

碩士 / 開南大學 / 空運管理學系 / 100 / This study was to investigate the passengers’ behavior, intention and influencing factors of "Cabin Safety Briefing ". The Department received past research, integrated whole out of the passengers attention to " Cabin Safety Briefing " in each dimension. " Theory of Planed Behavior (TPB) "as an explanation of the passengers pay attention to the dimensions of the research base. Studies designed to the general passengers, statistical analysis of the scientific results as the following conclusions:
1. Impact on passenger behavior and intention to Cabin Safety Briefing, the six factors can be concluded : the Threat recognition, the Safety briefing design and media, the Social influence , Self-efficacy, Evaluation of briefing, Airlines and crew.
2. " Safety briefing design and media " and " Threat recognition " are the important factors for the behavior of passengers’ attention to the cabin safety briefing.
3. " Self-efficacy " and " Threat recognition " are the important factors for the intention of passengers’ attention to the cabin safety briefing.
The results provide the aviation industry of the future production of cabin safety tips, or the relevant government departments to formulate relevant laws and regulations for future reference, to enhance cabin safety communication performance.
