碩士 / 國立高雄應用科技大學 / 資訊管理系碩士在職專班 / 99 / In this new Telecommunication and Information era, the Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) has become the important function of efficiency operation and service quality. ITS is one of important policy in “Taiwan Transportation White Book”, issued by Taiwan Ministry of Transportation and Communications in 2002. However, the huge funds invested in building ITS, how to assess the success of information systems, the user's Continuance Intention of information systems will affect the critical success factor. There are only few reseaches area about the factors intelligent Transportation Systems intention of continuance use. The study is based on “A Post-Acceptance Model of IS Continuance”, and “IS success model” transfer to cost and user’s Habit point of view. The study will use the case in “Kaohsiung Bus dynamic Information system” to build and analyze a study model that user’s continuance intention. The study will use questionnaire survey to the Kaohsiung bus dynamic information users, we get 205 valid samples and the rate of recall is 51.2%. After the report analyze by SEM, the study has find the Perceived usefulness, User Satisfactions, Switching Cost and Habit are the most important factors that direct to use the Bus Dynamic Information system.User Satisfactions and Perceived usefulness will be the factor of Information Quality Confirm and Service Quality Confirm to user’s Continuance Intention. Perceived usefulness will be the only factor of System Quality Confirm to user’s Continuance Intention.
The result of study, in academic, we can extent this topic to Bus dynamic Information system and it will make up for past inadequacies of research in this area. In the practice, city government and subcontractors could used for reference to improve the public traffic system business efficiency and the user’s continuance use intention.
