碩士 / 嶺東科技大學 / 國際企業研究所 / 99 / This thesis was to explore the effects on customs brokers industry after the CMT single window established through interviewing different related experts. After semi-structured interviewed and triangulation of the statements of the different aspects of the working people, the conclusions were obtained in the followings:
1. The recognition of mechanism: positive and optimistic expectations were obtained which is helpful for policy coordination and problem solving
2. The substantial benefits: customs brokers are most concerned about the efficiency of a single window.
3. The impact of simplify customs clearance: little effect on customs brokers due to the purpose of the service of single window not to replace the existing process.
4. The impact of employees: the decrease of people employed in custom broker industry would happen.
5. The advantages of management: the competitiveness of the industry is increasing due to the cost down.
