Improving the Logistics Performance under GLS-An example from Warehousing via RFID / 全球運籌體系下物流績效改善研究-以RFID系統導入倉儲流程模擬為例

碩士 / 國立彰化師範大學 / 企業管理學系國際企業經營管理 / 99 / The trend of globalization and multinational corporations become increasingly fierce competition, making international business logistics management capabilities must be strengthened, to reduce costs, improve performance, meets customer demand for rapid response in order to strengthen the competitiveness of enterprises. However, the international division of labor prevalent in the current situation, the global mode of production, supply and marketing system has long been difficult to make the previous response. Therefore, how can cross regional, national and other boundaries and barriers, and effective mechanisms to improve the logistics and warehousing activities, has become an important problem to be solved.
This study focuses on the business in the global logistics system, the core issues facing the logistics management, and how to improve warehouse management to improve performance. In the empirical method, this study of Radio Frequency Identification (Radio Frequency Identification, RFID) systems into storage process simulation, for example, the use of new methods of goods storage, warehousing of goods to improve the efficiency of the existing problems.
Of this study were the following three issues: (1). Explore the global logistics system, logistics management and warehousing under question; (2). Comparison of RFID into the performance before and after import differences; (3). Analysis of various RFID systems treatment for anti-collision problem and the advantages and disadvantages; (4). the new method significantly compared to traditional methods of statistical tests and for improving the storage management application and contribution.
The results are: first, RFID systems into the global logistics system, logistics management and warehousing under the bottleneck of the problem has a positive improvement of efficiency; Second, RFID systems before after import into the performance than the more obvious; III, the latest anti-collision handling way to solve storage problems for RFID systems have a significant effect; four, the latest anti-collision method for improving the storage problem has significant positive effects.
