碩士 / 國立嘉義大學 / 資訊工程學系研究所 / 99 / It is not easy to design an integrated information system, especially for the loose-coupled enterprise. To get enough information for the enterprise, the information of enterprise divisions should be gathered for the business strategies. This paper will discuss the constructing scheme of the integrated system. We took the integrated information system of the Fishmen’s Association as the example for the case study. Since the divisions of the loose-couple enterprise should control the profit and loss by themselves, the information systems of the enterprise divisions may be designed by themselves respectively. This paper discussed the integrating schemes with the technologies works and the work procedure controls. We also provide the multi-formatted data integration scheme. The security-sensitive data will be encrypted when they are transferred in Internet. This paper sketches the architecture of the integrated information system, compares with other information systems, and discusses the solved problems in this integrated information system.
