A Study on Teacher Professional Growth Through the Process of Interaction Under the Guidance Program 〜 An Example of Binhi Kindergarten. / 幼稚園輔導方案互動歷程中的教師專業成長—以濱海附幼為例

碩士 / 國立東華大學 / 幼兒教育學系 / 99 / The purpose of this research was to confer the interaction in the progress of guidence program in the kindergarten between the adviser and the teacher under guidence. First through the interactive relations between the colleague and the teacher under guidence, we found out the dilemma and the solution which happened in the progress under guidence. Then through the concrete interactive behavior and the discussion, we could investigate the correlation in the development of the curriculum. At last through the teaching manner, the teaching ability and the pedagogical knowledge of guidence teachers, these elements might improve the professional growth of teachers specifically.
The object of this study were two teachers in the same class under guidence. Through the nature ways like interviews.observation.documents.e-mails, we could analyze the conflict.interaction.discussion.ideas in the development in the curriculum.specific changing of the teachers’ professional growth in manner.skills.knowledge which were taken as the interpretation of the natural material class.
From the result of this research, we could discover the conflict in the interactive progress. And in general we classify the progress into five periods. Though each period was independent, it was linked to the others. The interaction and discussion in the progress under guidence assisted and guided the development of the curriculum. That means the curriculum developed in the interaction and discussion which was filled with conflicts. The guidence program played the role of catalyzing the system of the interaction and discussion in the kindergarten teachers. The adviser gave the suggestion to the kindergarten teachers. Also the adviser looked at the class observation and gave some feedback to the kindergarten teachers when he got into the teaching scene. That became the partnership in the field study. The guiednece teachers obviously got improved in the teaching skills. The teachers’ self-growth which was guided by the experts and help from the associates assisted in the professional growth of the teachers. And the guidence teachers also made progress in the actual operation and interaction of this guidence program.
