The Study of Instructor’s Teaching Quality Evaluation Critria In R.O.C Military Advanced Education-Giving Command and General Staff Colleges, NDU as Examples / 國軍深造(指參)教育教師教學品質量表建構之研究-以國防大學陸、海、空軍指揮參謀學院為例

The purpose of this paper is to explore the interim elements and quality of advanced education for ROC Armed Forces Command and General Staff College, in order to develop the assessment criteria matrix of the Military Academy faculties and also improve their specialties through the conclusion of this study.
To meet such objectives, the literature analysis and questionnaire survey has been used in this paper. Based on the SEEQ matrix and the theories proposed by eight scholars from both domestic and foreign, the “ ROC Armed Forces Advance education courses questionnaire survey” hereby be developed, through the survey from the target 491 officers tranning in CGSC of National Defense University. The survey results are conducted by SPSS 12.0 software as below:
1.The teaching enthusiasm, lessons, self- evaluation, and exams can be shown from this matrix.
2. All survey questionnaires consist of 27 items which are reliable and effective for reference.
3.No significant difference is shown in the dimension of gender and position concerning the recognition to the importance of teaching quality.
4.Officers at major level own more motivation in the dimenstion of exams and self-assessment.
5.Officers at senior level focus more on acknowledgement than officers at junior level who served in the Armed Forces less than 13 years
6.Officers in the Air Force Commanding General College acknowledged the elements of lessons and discipline than those in the Army Commanding General College with significant difference.
7.Officers in the Naval Commanding General College acknowledged the elements of exam and self-assessment than those in the Army, Air Force Commanding General College with significant difference.
