Design Confidentiality and Authenticated Cryptosystems for Wireless Communication Network – Evidence from Coast Guard Administration / 設計具機密性及身分認證之無線通訊網-以行政院海岸巡防署為例

碩士 / 國防大學管理學院 / 資訊管理學系 / 99 / The assignment is so diverse and special in Coast Guard Task, how to use wireless communication network safely and transmitted various intelligence to the duty execution of front line, a major accident in sea area (shore) and to execute combined rescue missions, provide the movable communication services between the different departments or units, give assistance and support each other, in fact, the implementation of key point for enhance the effectiveness. In this paper, we proposed a new concept of using elliptic curve cryptography, it have basic security requirement except the confidentiality, verifiability, and not be denied, the network is still able to cope with the attack on the common. This study has the following four advantages: (1) build up the fast and authentication mechanism. (2) doesn’t need the certificate centers participated the certification online in communication phase. (3) comply with the confidentiality, integrity, authenticity and non-repudiation of other basic security needs. (4) provide the movable communication services between the different departments or units (across the network). (5) the ciphertext to be an avalanche effect.
