碩士 / 國立宜蘭大學 / 資訊工程研究所碩士班 / 99 / With the basic construction of the Mobile Network getting more widespread, Vehicle Mobile Network has been regarded as next important network type. How to forecast the movements of vehicle and how to configure the Connection Resources in advance will decide the quality of the Handover service. In this research, we integrate the Vehicle Navigation System information and the update mechanism of the location information defined in LTE(Long-Term Evolutions), trying to solve the problem of overlong learning period, which is used to be predicted in Learning-based Handover. Besides, with the help of the GPS( Global Positioning System), the users can provide such information as the speed and direction to the LTE system when they are proceeding, making it distribute and regulate resources via the information that they provide.
Due to the Vehicle Navigation Information, we can predict the possible nodes on the route and the time of arrival, and we can go further to optimize the allocation of the Network Connection Resources, so that we can reduce the failure of Handover after the resource depletion resulted from the Resource Grab. In this research, we also design the dynamic Reservation algorithm of resource allocation for various types of vehicle Application Services. On the basis of the result of simulation, our operation can not only effectively avoid overlong learning period, but also decrease the failure of Handover out of Resource Grab and exhaustion for at least 68%.
