In this study, to field observations in Jiaosi Township elementary schools within the surrounding environment and community environment development, and refer to theories of the campus open space planning, the impact of open education, and community relations environment. Through the qualitative data collection and cases investigation, understanding of elementary school to school in the development of road traffic safety and environmental education issues, to be simultaneously inside and outside the campus road to school planning and cooperation. By children to school through the space, human resources, and community relations for the analysis of each, and to make relevant conclusions and recommendations, To provide future road planning with other campuses or school references and recommendations on the configuration.
