Effects of non-specific immune responses of Tilapia Oreochromis spp. against Streptococcus iniae / 鏈球菌對吳郭魚非特異性免疫反應之影響

碩士 / 國立高雄海洋科技大學 / 水產養殖研究所 / 100 / This study attempts to explore the Streptococcus iniae of Tilapia relationship between immune defense mechanisms and effects. Taiwan tilapia fish farming is important, however, the S. iniae often causes streptococcosis in fish farming and causes serious economic losses. The aim of this study was to analyze the use of S. iniae against Oreochromis spp., and non-specific immune responses of the role of the immune system, to prevent and reduce the chance of disease outbreaks and reduce the risk of breeding management. It is expected that the results of this study can have a better understanding of the mechanism for fish and bacteria between non-specific immune regulation and immune response as a basis for the future development of vaccines or disease prevention and control of basic reference materials.In this study, intraperitoneal injection of 2 × 106 CFU/200μl of S. iniae for experimental group, control group injected 1 × PBS/200μl. 0,3,6,12,24,36,48,72 hours after injection, respectively, blood analysis of lysozyme activity assay, take the head kidney tissue to detect Superoxide dismutase activity(SOD), Glutathione peroxidase activity(GPx), and other immune parameters.
The results show that injection of S. iniae 24 hr (46.68 ± 0.21)、36 hr (53.15 ± 0.19)、48 hr (53.49 ± 0.08)、72 hr (52.13 ± 0.16) (units/ml) , SOD activity was significantly higher than the control group, injection of S. iniae 48 hr (53.49 ± 0.08, 765.49 ± 0.01)、72hr (52.13 ± 0.16, 644.92 ± 0.05) (units/ml) GPx activity was significantly higher than the control group, and injection of S. iniae 48 hr (45.34 ± 0.11, 538.36 ± 0.02)、72hr (31.06 ± 0.02, 407.98 ± 0.03) (units/ml) there was significantly in lysozyme assay activity.
