碩士 / 國立高雄海洋科技大學 / 水產養殖研究所 / 100 / For understanding the variety of filamentous macroalgae in Taiwan, specimen were collected from various habitats during July 2010-November 2011. In our collection, seventeen species referred to 6 genera were recognized. Among these, Four species, Ulothrix cylindrical, Uronema gigas, Microspora loefgrenii, Oedogonium pringsheimii, and 9 unique unidentified species are new to Taiwan, except Lyngbya majuscule, Ulothrix zonata, Microspora floccose, Enteromorpha clathrata have already known prior to this study. In the study, we described the morphological characters of species, but also its distribution and hydrological condition of habitats.
In addition, preserved effect of different mixture solution to filamentous macroalgae were comparied and evaluated. The results sugested that mixture solution of Copper (II) Chloride liquid has the best preserved effects on cell structure and chloroplast of filamentous macroalgae.
